During this session I talk about yamas and niyamas, the first 2 limbs of yoga. We will practice three part yogic breath with mantras. Then do a facial massage. Before start the video make sure your skin on face is clean and you may wish to use an oil or cream for the massage.
We will talk about movement anatomy, specifically about the pelvis and hips and do some specific practices to stretch and strengthen.
We will do a couple of rounds of sun salutation and finish the practice with 3 part yogic breath.
