During this session I talk about what yoga means for me and you will be asked the same. It’s worth having reflection, a little think what yoga means to you.
We will talk about self care and learn a breathing specifically for COVID-19
we will touch movement anatomy and talk about the spine also warm up the spine.
Go through sun salutation, practice ujjayi breath and finish the class with deep relaxation.
