Chair Yoga Monday

All are welcome.

Classes are every Monday and Wednesday 12.30pm to 2.00pm

All classes are tailored to the needs of the students and always includes Asana (postures), Pranayama (breath awareness) & deep relaxation (Yoga Nidra).

In this gentle Hatha Yoga class you are invited to move slowly and with awareness to what is appropriate to your body and how it feels today.  The more challenging postures are taught in easy to understand stages and modifications are happily given.  Working with a chair can help you access movement and postures with ease.  Yoga practices are proven to be beneficial for health & wellbeing, physically and mentally.

Yoga is a way of life, a way to practice being gentle, balanced and giving, nourishing our mind and our body.
